Newspaper reports that Midtown Kansas City crime persists: "Kansas City police were investigating the Saturday morning robbery of a laundromat in the 1700 block of West 39th Street."

    Suspect is described as a young male wearing clean, lightly pressed clothes, with his pockets bulging with quarters. He was heard jingling down 39th for a few blocks before making a clean getaway.
