    Hallmark is in absolute chaos. Creative doesn't know how to produce selling product. Business Units are completely immersed in their own silos. Procurement doesn't understand how to purchase anything from Asia (read China) and have it arrive on time. Distribution can't get product to ship. Nobody understands or cares about collaboration. It's a survival of the wicked at this point.
