Golly Gee only $40 million a year in new taxes and we get 30 million (less shit loads of more taxes) in new payroll. Given that the dumb asses of KC can't manage the math on this loosing proposition let me make it clear. This program is designed to do nothing but make corporations richer, hire the privileged and is a back door way to pump new taxes out of the whole operation. I pray that people around here are smarter than to fall for this, but they just aren't. FUCK FUCK FUCK!
