LESSON PLAN: KANSAS CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS HONCHO DR. GREEN PROMISES TO REGAIN FULL ACCREDITATION . . . AGAIN!!!

After failing to regain accreditation this year, today's KCPS State Of School speech offered another bold promise . . .

KCMO school superintendent: Full accreditation within reach

Meanwhile . . . Both the State and locals have done everything in their power to discourage school transfers from this UNACCREDITED district that has actually MOVED BACKWARDS AND LOST PROVISIONAL ACCREDITATION in the past few years despite several big promises of hope and change for leadership.

  1. This won't happen until the district starts caring more about the kids education and a lot less about the crappy teachers and administrators keeping their jobs.

I guess you could say it will never happen.

  3. That's right. Dr. Green will keep drawing the mega-paycheck and keep promising the pie-in-sky dreams for KC "scholars". It's just niggers paying niggers for being niggers, but the money comes from humans.

  8. When the honcho's job is within reach of being terminated he suddenly can guarantee results? BULLSAHIT! Watch the dumb asses of KC buy into that one. ...as always.

  9. What a load of crap. KCPS is only 15 points away from full accreditation and is currently 13 over what is needed for provisional.

We are rebounding after Covington's Phase 1 and Jump the Ship plan. As for the billions, stop whining about what happened 20 years ago. The kids graduating now weren't even born when that kind of money was being wasted.

  10. Tony I thought you said Crispan the great saved the district? El Bryan?.... Did Action Jackson or black jesus what about the liberal white nigger lovers on the board? Airwack who is responsible now? Surely not the Black United Front at least when we had control the district was accredited. Ajamu for board president! Nia Webster at large!

Dr. Rolling-In-The-Green sees red flags while suburban districts see black waves headed their way.

  12. One improved year does not equal accreditation. When they can get even a few points in English and when 7 in 10 are proficient (currently 7 in 10 are not proficient) then maybe they will be accredited again. No point in changing when they go back and forth between provisional and not being accredited. This will keep a fire lit under their arses.

  13. @9:36 I agree that one year does not equal accreditation, but please don't be so ignorant to not see "the point" of changing the status. Requiring unaccredited districts to bus students to the neighboring districts is a pretty big point. How in the hell do you plan for the next year when you don't know how many students you will have, where they will be going to school, how many teachers you will need, how much of anything you will need for that matter?? In addition the receiving districts will be in the same boat as well. The accreditation status change would avoid all of that mess.

  14. 753, you dumb ass, the district has never been fully accredited. Nia and Ajamu Webster??? You want to return to the group that ran the district and ACE into the ground? So they can give Ron Hunt another contract??? So they can hire Clinton Adams like they tried in Hickman??? These are dangerous and incompetent people. They had control of the district for 20 years and in the few years since they have been out of power...the district has finally demonstrated progress.

  15. 753 is just Spark Crookhart. Hey man, get that nasty thing chopped of ya head

  16. 11:47 shouldn't accreditation be given based off academics, and not political issues? Because it is based off of academics, this is why they won't regain accreditation. They have no one to blame but themselves for letting it get this bad.
