KCTV5 reports neighborhood crazy talk: "Residents of KC neighborhood believe pets could be poisoned - Several residents of the Avalon View neighborhood came to the Hillcrest Community Center Tuesday night to express their concerns about a chain of events, things that animal control's special investigator described as unusual and suspicious. There aren't many dogs barking around the neighborhood because half a dozen of them have gone missing in the past month. The same goes for cats, even more of them, and neighbors fear it is more than a coincidence."
