NBC Action News reports a cowtown take on hording and not one of the lame UMKC frats: Almost 20 farm animals were found within city limits living in a space only big enough for two.

....when contacted by animal control authorities, the property owner, a Mr. George Orwell, explained that "the animal farm" was a dystopic science fiction experiment symbolizing the looming societal implosion due to our victimization from the socialist corporate state. Not understanding what was said, authorities issued a warning and returned to their government cubicles to generate additional paperwork.
