Glazer doesn't have to move powder. These middle class white guys pick up an eight ball at a time when they pick up an ounce of weed for the weekend. They never give getting busted a second thought because they don't have to. Poor people and minorities pick up the tab on drug crime. Just the way the empire crumbles.
