    Hey genius 6:39, 6:27 was pointing out that a disproportionate number of victims are black, as are a disproportionate number of perpetrators. Are idiots like you starting to get the picture, or is determinant thinking beyond you? Our welfare society has created a permanent victim class and plenty of predators to victimize them. Way to go libs and poverty pimps. MLK would be sick with disgust.
