Supreme Court Oral Arguments Set, And City Intimates Will Repeal Again If Light Rail Inititative Approved By Voters
The Missouri Supreme Court has set oral arguments for October 3, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in Jefferson City involving the city's 2-year iron fisted ploy to obstruct a vote on a valid light rail initiative for no good reason.
Feeling like something may be crawling up their leg, City Councilman Ed Ford ( August 16, Kansas City Business Journal) said the city would place the initiative before voters if ordered to do so by the Supreme Court, and then intimated that he and the rest of the City Council would once again repeal the light rail initiative if it were approved by voters!!!!
Let me intimate something to Councilman Ed (repealing) Ford, Councilman Russ (repealing) Johnson, King (obstructionist) James, and the rest of the elected government:
If it comes to that, we will go to the streets with the following 3 petitions in hand:
Petition #1: Recall any council member that votes to repeal voter-approved initiative.
Petition #2: Amend city charter to coincide with Missouri State Constitution which states that only the voters themselves can repeal voter-approved initiatives.
Petition #3: Amend city charter...and its residency requirements pertaining to running for mayor or city council... to coincide with congressional residency requirement, which states candidates must only be a resident upon taking office.

I think that most everything that has to do with the City Council, the Mayor or that hag circo would make me roll if it was a comedy sketch, unfortunately its not and these law breakers, liars, thieves, pigs with no moral compass like that state rep and the revrund and cleaver ... will never ...ever leave office, I do believe they would barricade themselves in their tax payed office and fight you tooth and nail if they lost an election and you wanted them out ... trouble is .. they insult our intelligence and are happy to tell you that their constituents cant even tell you who they voted into office ..

ReplyDelete12:01 The FBI will escort their asses out; dead or alive. It's their choice. I prefer dead myself but this is a democracy and everyone has a right to state their own case and be heard.
ReplyDeleteI have no doubt you could get enough people to recall the city council and the mayor out of office but what would happen is right around the time you've talked with 500 people and got 450 signatures they would send someone down to thump or shoot you and then they would be screaming "SEE!!!! THE PEOPLE DONT WANT US OUT OF OFFICE!!! JUST LOOK WHAT THE MAJORITY DID WHEN THEY FOUND OUT YOU WERE TRYING!" thats how they work, even when they lose ... like accreditation, they celebrate and claim it as a win... what a pack of animals
