Walgreens is one of the more bizarre companies out there pricing wise. They'll advertise an item as 2 for $4 and in small print $2.39 each, for example. They NEVER have enough of the good items advertised as on sale--even early in the week. After a few years of "no clip" coupons, you now have to have the coupon (and be in their club) to get the coupon price. You really have to check the receipt, which really pisses off the people in line behind you. And when they offer their money back coupons you have two weeks to use them and there are other restrictions. Since there's almost always a CVS near a Walgreens, they have to be offering one hell of a deal for me to shop at Walgreens.
ReplyDeleteIf there s a CVS around, I won't go to Walgreens either.
