ReplyDeleteDon Bosco has been the single largest blight-producer in Northeast Kansas City for 30 years - its non-resident board took money to resettle "refugees" in Northeast (in other words: Not in the board members' neighborhoods). Don Bosco plunged poor, uneducated, non-english-speaking users of public services into a stagnant area and overloaded it to the point that when combined with all the public housing, Northeast sank.
