Kansas City mainstream media didn't report the recent junket adventures of two Kansas City Council ladies but the news didn't slip past AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS . . .

COUNCIL LADIES JAN MARCASON AND CINDY CIRCO RECENTLY ENJOYED GOOD TIMES AT THE ANNUAL NATIONAL COUNCIL OF LA RAZA CONFERENCE IN NEW ORLEANS!!!
No word on if they partied enough to dance together like they did when Mayor Funky was voted out of the primary.
And FB Update from Council Lady Jan confirming this fact . . . Jan Marcason: "Representing Kansas City at National Council of La Raza conference in New Orleans — with Tee Martinez and Cindy Circo."
Remember, the NCLR conference is scheduled to visit Kansas City in 2015 . . . After both these Council Ladies have termed out. Still, the planning and representing of Kansas City is important at this gathering that most locals despise.
Why would two termed out councilwoman and a termed out councilman's aide attend this conference? On the taxpayer dime?
