KCUR: "The Kansas City Museum Advisory Board has formally approved the business plan calling for the city to break Kansas City Museum's ties with Union Station Kansas City."
Even better . . . Their plan calls for Mr. Lietch to be reinstated.

ReplyDeleteGuastello is a world class DOUCHE. He thinks he's MR Kansas City, serves on a ton of boards and does absolutely nothing. He screwed the pooch on this deal -- Science City AND Union Station are sucking the city dry. Should have been a Casino -- a brilliant plan in its day -- and still is. It's "visionaries" like George that continue to fuck-up this cty.

ReplyDeleteSince Illus Davis the ruling class has stuck red-hot pokers up NE arse. More section 8 housing than the rest of the city combined and now the rape of the Kansas City Museum. US already stole the museums best collections and now they want to drown the baby.
NE was such a racist community, they had the only Boy Scout troop in the city which would allow Ollie Gates to join.
Sorry, George wins . . . The board is advisory and has no real authority of support from Mayor Sly. Nice effort but they are novice in this regard. Would not have happen if Deb Hermann was still in office!
