NBC Action News reports on a fire victim not content to blame a City Hall Fax Machine: "Michael Palier, a first responder for Missouri Gas Energy, filed a lawsuit Wednesday alleging negligence following the February 19th, 2013 explosion and fire at JJ's restaurant near Kansas City's Country Club Plaza."
