ReplyDeleteMurder is a legal term meaning UNLAWFUL killing. He was acquitted of murder in a court of law. Even this juror admits there was no evidence to support that Zimmerman committed a murder. So Zimmerman did not commit or get away with murder.

You think they can just step back into their lives after acquitting Zimmerman? FUCK NO. There are people around them who know who they are, know where they've been, and know what they've been doing- and what they decided.. It would just be a matter of time before any one of them would be summarily lynched by the same race baiters, agitators and instigators that put Zimmermann on trial and that are presently seeking his crucifixion.
The racism industry needs a win. They were fucked with Tawana Brawley, fucked by the Duke lacrosse case, and are being exposed more and more for what they are (lying, greedy, self-aggrandizing opportunists) with each subsequent falsely reported case of hate crimes. They need one to hang their hat on so they can continue their modern day equivalent of the red scare, and they thought they had a winner in Trayvon Martin.
So they will find out who these jurors are, expose them to their hateful adherents, and offer them relief from the threats and persecution only if and when they come forward and spew forth their company line- Zimmerman is a murderer, Trayvon an angel, and something needs to be done to give the racism industry a further advantage. So that maybe next time, they won't have to deal with the law, the facts, or the evidence- they can just get paid.

ReplyDeleteThis is one of those cases where once race became the dominant issue every one took a side and then focused in on the details or lack of details that fit their view.
ReplyDeleteThe main thing is that the police failed to investigate enough to make a clear case and without that there was not enough evidence to convict. Innocent until proven guilty and there was not enough proof.
Zimmerman was a magistrate's son who is more white than black and known to the cops. Trayvon was at the time he was found an unidentified black teen in a neighborhood where there had been break-ins by people who looked like him. The police took Zimmerman's word but did nothing to objectivly investigate evidence. Who knows if they had maybe everything would have shown Zimmerman right to the point no one could question it. Instead they left enough room for all sort of innuendo.
Those who want to see Zimmerman as the great white (white Hispanic) hope will only see a citizen doing what he had to do to protect himself from a violent thug. They will overlook the fact that this guy was a wanna be cop. He probably would have found a reason to follow each of them as well. He got into a conforntation with a teenager who overpowered him and then the table were turned so he shot the teen.
Those who side with Trayvon will only see a kid with candy and a soft drink going home and being followed by a stranger. They will overlook the fact that maybe he should have used his phone to call police or even his father or the father's fiance to tell them what was going on.
We will never know who actually made contact with the other first. If Zimmerman drew his gun and confronted Trayvon, he set this off. If Trayvon doubled back and confronted Zimmerman, he pushed the indident to the next level.
