"Of surveyed residents, 75% consider Kansas City, Mo. a "good to excellent" place to live. That number is up five percent from the previous year. Increases also in elected leadership, solid waste, parks and recreation, and water services."
Unfortunately, the Citizen Satisfaction number isn't rising quite as high as rate of local taxation for the Toy Train and customer service.
But we'll talk more about that in the morning.

ReplyDelete1. They don't live here; or
2. They were one of 4K of the people surveyed.
