ReplyDeleteSomeone needs to pursue "that judge" for improper conduct of a judicial appointee (or something similar). Assholes should be held to account, just like the rest of us.

ReplyDeleteMy! I want to be real pissed at that judge. Thing is, the law and it's proceedings have to be held to a higher standard. That dear lady helped that family with needed information, but while doing so she broke many rules and laws. That angel worked in the courthouse for decades and had to have known all about the ethics involved in her job. So she went out on a limb to help and she paid the price. God bless her. What she did was technically wrong. I hope, if faced with such a decision, that I have the strength of character to act as Ms.Sharon Snyder did as she saved that man from a living hell.
My question is for the court. Why did the judge dally around as the defendant continued to use the wrong forms? How dysfunctional is the public defender's office?
Was he masturbating in his office like a certain "member" of the Assessor's Office who was put on leave last week?

So it's like a game. The man basically had to say the magic words to get the judge to order the test. No facts had changed just that the man, acting on his own had not said the right thing in his motion. Now they all knew what he was trying to say but he didn't word it right.

I also wish she would have used her own cell phone to call and jsut tip off the sister on which PUBLIC file and document to ask for.
