ReplyDeleteI thought one of the benefits of unions was to help pass laws to make sure workers are safe. IBEW, Plumbers Unions, IAFF and many other big unions have the power to change this OSHA law if they wanted to. Kind of doubt they want to. That would admit that when a worker dies or is injured, their brother or sister was in the wrong and they band together to not admit fault.
