NBC Action News reports on Kansas City corporate rage directed at City Hall: "Local consulting firms question the Kansas City Water Services Department decision not to engage in a competitive bidding process to ensure taxpayers get the best price for a $12 million customer service overhaul."
What the fuck is City Hall doing giving contracts like this to out of state firms!!
