Watch this latest crackdown on the working poor in Missouri because it lays the groundwork for more photo ID initiatives even thought it's being justified as an attempt to prevent fraud: The Missouri House has passed a bill that would require the state to seek a federal waiver to put photo IDs on electronic benefits cards.
