Well that's an easy win just one night a week between Troost and Independence Ave they could fill a jail with busted druggies holding.
ReplyDeleteProhibition causes the majority of the problem regarding drug use. It is also why the gangs have so much access to power and money. 25 percent of the world's prison population in this country. Drug use is up and booming. Clearly the war on drugs is an epic failure. Maybe we should start a war on education in Kansas city?
ReplyDeleteThe drug war has been a winner for those who count - law enforcement, non-profits, lawyers, politicians, and the prison industry. For the average citizen its been a big failure.
ReplyDeleteTrue dat 11:44 ain't just the drug dealers rolling in the dough from this "war". Too many people making money for anyone on the inside to come out and say it's been an epic failure.
