Finally, some good news when it comes to my two favorite subjects . . . Freedom of expression and bewbs.
Check it:
A Kansas House committee has rejected a bill imposing new regulations on strip clubs, adult bookstores and other sexually oriented businesses.
Meanwhile, Missouri strip clubs suffer from a GOP crackdown and stringent (Unconstitutional) new rules that nobody enforces.
See folks all it takes to get sex and drug money going in Kasnas is to have a little drought.
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed they didn't pass the draconian laws like Missouri now has. Good job KS. lawmakers. Now this needs to stop coming up every year. Be the Republicans you claim to be and leave people alone. If you don't want to go in a club then don't go in. Simple.
ReplyDeleteTake that Nixon!
ReplyDeleteI would love to hear from Tony the constitutional scholar how it is unconstitutional for the state to regulate a business that participates in TWO highly regulated activities (adult entertainment and alcohol sales).
ReplyDeleteRational basis test is the hurdle they have to overcome.
How about the 14th and 1st amendments Mr. Constitution?
ReplyDeleteBut they regulate abortion clinics.
ReplyDeletedon't forget, our democratic governor signed the bill. so although republicans deserve more than their fare share of blame the dems are on the hook as well.
ReplyDeleteNixon is not a Democrat.
ReplyDeleteLOVE it when they wipe their wet pussy juice all over my thigh!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat Brownback just keeps on amazing me he is doing a bang up job. No pun intended.
