On Question 1. let's all remember this:

According to TODAY's KC Star, Swope Health Services would get $817,986/yr. from the Levy.

But Swope's President & CEO Fran Ellis gets paid $1,187,178/yr. !!!!

Mighty sweet "let me roll around in some butter" money deal for the this guy who spends more time as the President of the Chamber of Commerce than he spends ACTUALLY SERVING THE POOR!

I'm voting NO! on Question 1, and so should we all.

  2. Ellis AND his wife Janice (the one whose "candidate fort mayor" billboards were still up YEARS after she lost the election) BOTH drive Mercedes.

    Real service to the poor.

  4. Voice of reason KC. I read that last month on this shitty blog.

Doesn't matter. KC will still vote for it.
