KC Biz Journal and a report that shows the $200 million+ project moving along despite serious concerns, complaints and a lawsuit that could throw the whole thing off track: "The Kansas City Streetcar Authority Inc. met publicly Thursday at the Downtown Council of Kansas City to discuss the next phase of the project, marketing the streetcar line, meeting the concerns of property owners and acquiring streetcar vehicles."
