A Kansas City crackdown on cancer sticks at local parks . . .
The Kansas City Parks Board has approved a new policy that promotes smoke-free zones around all its pools, ball diamonds, tennis courts and playgrounds.
While TKC doesn't sympathize at all with smokers. It's worth noting that this is the most significant achievement for our local Parks Board for at least a couple of years.
Smoke-free zones outdoors. Which genius "free-thinker" came up this one? Good grief.
ReplyDeleteshame on the Park board.
ReplyDeleteNothing but future Nazis in KC.
But let's legalize weed..ha ha
ReplyDeleteKansas City is the most violent town in the Midwest, and the city counsel is worried about second hand smoke at local swimming pools? Communities typically get the "Leadership" they deserve.
ReplyDeleteSo when will they promote gun smoke free zones?
ReplyDeleteLike the KCPD will enforce this ordinance! Unfuckingbelievable.
ReplyDeleteThey'd be better off making parks booze free zones.
ReplyDeleteI don't sympathize at all with Mexicans smoking dope in the park either.
