The illegal drug searches are going on all over the country. Moron judges are issuing search warrants without the existence of probable cause. there are literally thousands of warrant affidavits on file that would never have resulted in search warrants being issued if probable cause had been the standard - even though that is exactly what is required constitutionally. The idea that possessing plant growing materials equates to probable cause and a seasonal belief that persons are growing illegal drugs is fucking insanity. Do these law enforcement people truly believe that out of the thousands of uses possible, violating drug laws is the only reason a person would go down to Ace Hardware or the Tractor Store and buy plant growing materials? Umder that logic perhaps we should be raiding every Kmart and Walmart garden center in America.This is somewhat akin to arresting people for conspiracy to text while driving because they own a cell phone. If the police can not build a case legally we sure as hell don't need to go back 500 years. Why have DNA and technically advanced evidence mechanisms if the Fed are going to go around acting like "George of the Jungle". Didn't these jack booted ass holes learn anything at Waco? It is past time to start prosecuting these bureaucrats for their illegal invasions, searches and seizures.
