I would blame this on Mayor Sly but the snow isn't even sticking to the street in Downtown KC.
KC Driver skill deterioration is probably the worst news for the average person on the street and a real indication that Kansas City is moving backwards.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Funkhouser is no longer Mayor. It's now Mayor Silverback who should be getting the blame for poor snow removal and such..
