"A season to forget for the Kansas City Chiefs"

Kansas City football at long last hits bottom with this mainstream media article that will circulate around the nation today: A season to forget for the Kansas City Chiefs

The article chronicles the season of Kansas City football foibles but seems to miss the point . . . There's always that hope that things will improve and talk about off-season firings is even somewhat too optimistic . . . WHAT'S REALLY DISHEARTENING IS . . . This tragic season of Kansas City football will be followed by minor improvements and mediocre play that will be trumpeted as a "Renaissance" but won't represent any meaningful accomplishment as the team continues to serve as a cynical money making machine that's not really interested in winning games. Sadly, this pattern of behavior manifested by the Chiefs is part of Kansas City's overall strategy that's aimed at selling hype rather than doing any hard work that will bring about real accomplishments.

  1. As long as Crennel is dispatched elsewhere and the Chiefs get a quarterback and O-Line, I'm willing to suffer through another year of the Patriot Way.
