ReplyDeleteBut do they realize that they'll be dumping it into a city where nothing is maintained or toherwise taken care of and is quickly running out of cash as all the subsidized projects suck it up?

ReplyDeleteNo, that will come our of the KCMO general fund, probably starting with the money just annoucnced to tear down dilapidated buildings.
