SHOW-ME SUPREME COURT CHALLENGE TO VAMPIRE DUI TESTS TAKING BLOOD WITHOUT CONSENT!!!

There's a landmark case coming to the Supreme Court that has implications not only for privacy and the rules that govern traffic enforcement but also for freedom in the U.S.

THE RIGHT OF POLICE TO TAKE BLOOD WITHOUT CONSENT IN MISSOURI IS HEADED TO THE SUPREME COURT!!!

I'm hoping that the right to avoid unreasonable search & seizure and privacy under the 4th Amendment would put a stop to even the idea of this horrific practice . . .

However . . . It doesn't matter what the court rules . . .

IN THE FINAL ANALYSIS . . . NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE BLOOD WITHOUT CONSENT!!! THIS FACT SHOULD BE A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT FOR EVERYBODY WALKING THE PLANET!!!

This isn't about driving, or keeping streets or children safe . . . It's simply common decency and how the world is taking shape . . . Or falling apart. We'll see . . .

U.S. Supreme Court agrees to take up Missouri DWI blood test case

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to consider whether police must get a warrant before forcing a suspected drunken driver to submit to a blood test, in a case that could set a new legal standard for motorists' privacy.

  1. I doubt even law enforcement really wants this. It's a strange law

    Mr. Tony,
You do know how to frighten a lady! Jumping Jehosaphat, how did we get to this point? This medical/law enforcement procedure is just too scary for words...well, three words do top it in this field: invasive vaginal ultrasounds.
One can detect all sorts of things from a DNA sampling. How can we be sure Chief Forte and his staff don't throw the blood droplets in to the crime lab's DNA profiling thing-a-ma-boob? (I put that in there for you)

  3. My guess is that the government wins this one. The Supremes have voted for the will of the state over the people in 70% of cases regardless of the political leanings of the court. This case has too many implications for the so called war on terror for them not to side with leviathan.

  4. Yes this will be an interesting case to watch.

  5. OK let me get this straight. In Missouri it is perfectly legal to drive down the street with a loaded pistol in the front seat of your car. However, to convict a guy of .08 BAC it is just fine as hell to pull him over and make him give up blood? Damn Missouri if you want to take blood from someone how bout the fathers of all those bastard kids the taxpayers are supporting?

  9. I'll volunteer to give a semen sample to any cop, any time. Just ask, big boys.

  10. When a cop wants a blood sample, they have good reason. This isn't just a routine traffic stop situation. They have very good reason to believe the person is driving under the influence. Open liquor bottles, empty beer cans, the person has been involved in an accident with these items in the car. The person reeks of alcohol, cannot walk well and has slurred speech. Perhaps this person is seriously injured or has injured or killed someone else, like the drunk lawyer who killed the Mo-Dot worker last week. I don't consider this unreasonable search.
