The whole paperless ticketing system was a fiasco by the folks at 12th and Oak who got to crow about how up-to-date they were, but without having the slightest or interest in how the sysem would be implemented by the KCPD and the courts.
ReplyDeleteImagine how wonderful the grand idea of "local control" of the KCPD will work out when implemented by the same people with the same complete lack of attention to detail and interest in how things actually turn out.
Remember the details of Sly's proposals to take over the school district? Neither do I.
None of these elected folks could run a lemonade stand.
