Given Voter ID Crackdown Rep. Cleaver Pushes For Increased Registration Efforts

On KCUR, Kansas City's Congressman continues to try and turnaround low voter turnout and increase voter registration in the urban core and across the nation in the era of GOP inspired Voter ID efforts: The Congressional Black Caucus is hosting a series of voter registration and education efforts throughout the country.
