Quit shilling for Dan Cofran, Jan.
ReplyDeleteJan is a rich old cunt who got her money the old fashioned way: Daddy and sucking on Sugar Daddy.
ReplyDeleteJan has never had to work for a living and rarely has. She has no feeling for people who need the security of a pension rather than the insecurity of a Wall Street fund, because they do not have a trust fund to live on.
If the "Jan Plan" for pensions is implemented, you can bet that the city will spend alot more on legal fees than they are now on their Union Workers pensions.
ReplyDeleteLeave the pensions alone, find cuts elsewhere...like un-needed pet-projects such as toy trains.
Unions aren't perfect, but we need them & this war on unions doesn't serve anyone except the rich. Should we follow the Chinese model, where workers don't even have homes & just live in dormitories near their factories?
ReplyDeleteSounds like something bout to go broke.
ReplyDeleteHow bout the city start paying their share into the fund? That might decrease the suposed shortfall
ReplyDeleteThe city hasn't paid into the funds for five years and now they complain it needs to be changed. The city doesn't want to cough up what they owe. If employees didn't pay into it they would be screaming, instead now they are whining.
ReplyDeleteLots of lawyers watching this waiting for the city to step on its toes
