Bench Trial Tomorrow For Bishop Finn

KMBC: A bench trial has been set for Thursday for Bishop Robert Finn and the Kansas City-St. Joseph Catholic Diocese.

Comments

  1. Of course he wants a Bench Trial, because he is afraid of the public. His entire life Finn has operated in an organization where the fix is in and justice is just a pretty picture.

  4. Betcha he pleads guilty ,is fined $ 2000.00 gets 100 hours Community service, says his Mea culpa for his poor judgment and it is all over. He will not have to take the stand and explain anything. Then business as usual.

I'm betting the fine will be $1000.00 ( stolen from the stupid peckers that put their envelope in every Sunday). He'll get no community service. Other than that, it'll be just as you said it.
He skip on down the road whistling his merry way.
Oh, and his ombudsman can kiss her job goodbye within 6 months.
    Back to business as usual.

  6. Then the many Catholics who DO have a moral compass start WITHHOLDING any and all financial support from what has become a morally bankrupt (unelected) Church Hierarchy!

    NO ... MORE ... MONEY!!!

The the Hierarchy will have to decide whether which it values most: FINN or MONEY.

    I'm betting it's MONEY.

Well maybe the judge will bend him over the bench like the perverts he hangs with did those kids they violated.

  11. Don't worry folks, this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are other trials coming from a variety of other defendants...

  12. Jean should have brought the others to trial first, and traded leniency for info leading to convictions on conspiracy charges against scum like Finn and his direct minions. This is a travesty that Jean is letting that filthy criminal go with a slap on the wrist. That sick fuck with abuse himself more back at his house tonight with his Opus Dei toys.

  13. Throw him in with the other sex preverts for a couple of years and then see if he learns how to notify the police of wrong doing.
