The mailer is signed and everything . . . South Kansas City United sent out this scathing response to the shameful campaign tactics of Crystal Williams.
It's pretty indignant and, even better, it confirms that Crystal isn't getting many votes in South Kansas City despite her hope that "girl power" will carry the day despite her lack of political experience or legislative accomplishments.

Breaking news indeed. The political action committee that was started and run by Holsman is endorsing Holsman. Didn't somebody in St. louis go to jail for collaborating with a third party committee? Williams seems to have a history of running against criminals.
ReplyDeleteCrystal's negative campaigning--especially when she criticized Holsman for--gasp!--working with the opposition convinced me she's a nutcase who'd take the "highway or my way" approach.

ReplyDeleteGood luck to both campaigns. Both candidates would have done well at the job, but Holsman wanted it more. He campaigned and campaigned and campaigned. Crystal thought her name ID and false rumors would carry her through. That didn't work.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to both candidates. This has been one of the more gritty public campaigns, unlike many others taking place for other offices. I will be watching these results with an eagle's eye.
