Let's keep shifting blame. KCPD is just as guilty as the City. Doesn't matter, it's the wrong location and the City and Police Department will be forced to make a far bigger commitment to the area since they are circulating untruths about the project. Now, they need to come up with the money to build the station, provide for revitalization of the area and compensate the aggrieved and those who have been harmed by this project. The area will look like 18th & Vine in no time.
