Interesting because I thought Cindy Circo made her bones in the beauty biz.
But now she's a powerful Kansas City political lady with more than a few critics in and out of City Hall.
Personally, TKC has no room to criticize anybody's style since I've been wearing the same jeans since X-mas. Nevertheless, it's important to know that while our Mayor Pro Tem is going back to school and attempting to rehab her image . . . There are more than a few folks who still don't like her style.

Why not critique Mike Sander's wig? For example, do we like the way that his real hair matts down with sweat, but his fake hair stays dry and immovable as a football helmet? Or should a man buy a new wig when his current wig does not feature streaks of gray hair, but his real hair still visible around the ears and temples does feature streaks of gray hair?
