ReplyDeleteWhat's ironic about the crack sentences are they were demanded by the black community in the 80's because of the damage it did to their neighborhood. Apparently they don't like it now.
ReplyDeleteHere is an Idea, if you have crack on you and you get caught who really gives a shit how much you have?, you have a problem either a drug problem or a distribution problem...here is a solution, if you are caught with crack on you you should get a mandatory prison sentence no matter the amount, but hey thats not realistic because the judges and KC and state politicians dont want prison time when they get busted with it so never mind.
ReplyDeleteWhats good for the goose is never good for the law makers so they have to be careful of the laws they make or have good political friends who can bail them out (usually the case) there is a difference between politician rules and laws made for the sheeple.
ReplyDelete5:58 your government has been on crack for quite some time, put down the bowl, prescription pain killers and or booze and or your cable or satellite TV and you will see .
