Kansas City's water infrastructure continues to crumble . . . Luckily, Mayor Sly is working on a Downtown Toy Train, more money for parks and (lastly) borrowing to buy band-aids to address this massive infrastructure fail. I feel better already.

A water main break caused street damage Thursday morning in Kansas City and has closed several downtown streets.
I wonder what damage the huge broken water main downtown would have caused to a toy train system built above it.
