The language used to push the new taxes touts "infrastructure" improvements but TKC TIPSTERS still aren't convinced that there won't be a lot of room for TIF and cash for other pet projects.

Mr. Mayor, I live in KC. I do pay sales taxes, and sales taxes are regressive - they hurt the poor more.
