Fox4 offers a video of local violence spiraling out of control on local streets while the Mayor and City Council are simply looking for more ways to tax and spend: "The video from a business next door shows a crowd apparently scattering after 23-year-old Marcus Heilderberg was shot outside a bar at Truman and McGee early Saturday morning.
