Take a look at the latest bit of satire from Kansas City Artist Jessica Logsdon . . .
She describes the political artwork this way: "'Councilman of Death' Mr. Russ Johnson, 2nd District, because amongst the midst of life there is death."
So I guess this actually a somewhat life affirming look at local government . . . At first I thought she was talking about his future in politics.
