    Good radio show today. Touched a bit on the Kyle James Hotel Phillips incident but didn't get into the details.

    My understanding from what I have heard about the Kyle James incident at the Hotel Phillips last winter is this: He got into an arguement with another male and waited for the male to exit his hotel room. He then hit the male in the face with a ceramic lamp causing it to break. The male suffered major facial injuries, lacerations and possibly broken bones. Kyle fled the scene but was identified by the victim, who was scared to prosecute due to possible retaliation.

    Wish the local media would look into that one. There is a police report on it from what I have been told.

    Kyle is a dirt bag. Pushing and fighting with the officers trying to give first aid to his friend who was shot is pretty pathetic. Then telling the detectives to fuck off.

    How does our mayor promote cooperation with the pd and speaking out against the violence when his son isn't cooperating and isn't helping with the problem?

    serves him right he finally picked a fight with a man who whip his ass good. even got a police car ride to his house and they say they do this all the time. this is the first i ever heard that the police will give you a ride home and ive been here 40 years and ask several policeman if they do that and was told only if the commander says so and sly want control of the police i say keep the state in charge and let them know whats going on

      We don't give rides. It was ordered by a black commanders to do it. The black commanders are giving patrol officers unlawful orders all the time when it comes to kyle James. It needs to be stopped. It's corruption at its best.. I hope officer Rives law suit does some good and gets alot of the black commanders in trouble. I hope his attorney is just collecting all this racial bullshit and shoves down the throats of the black racist commanders.. Cause if I ever have a run in with them I'll make a huge deal our of it and have their asses in court. Won't put up with these black assholes

    Anyone can get a copy of this police report. Pay a 20 fee or so for copying charges and request it from the board of police commissioners.

    Ask for any and all reports referencing Kyle James as a suspect. It's called the sunshine law, and it's a public record.

    Dana Wright said at the end of her and parks show, and I quote ' He (Tony) looks like Fidel Castro, and could use a bath and some soup." I don't think Darla liked her dissin the T-ster like that. You are getting pretty good at the radio spots. You have the face for radio. Credit where its due, it was a good spot, despite Darla.

    11:23 if you really are PD, and if you really have something on Kyle, the Mayor, and the PD, why don't you turn it over to the Feds? Kyle could be dealing coke, he could have targeted that kid who was shot; doesn't matter. You'll never get him into a Jackson County courtroom. His daddy is a rich, powerful lawyer.
    This town has a long history, too long, of rich, corrupt, and all-powerful mayors. You're maybe too young to remember H Roe Bartle, the Richard Daly of KC. Others probably remember him. The Feds don't care how rich and powerful his daddy is.
