SNAP CLAIMS A SECOND DEPOSITION IS "AN ATTEMPT TO HARASS" BY LAWYERS FOR KANSAS CITY'S CATHOLIC HIERARCHY!!!

The National Catholic Reporter covers controversy over a second deposition of victim's rights group SNAP.
Lawyers' attempts to force the director of a national clergy abuse support group to submit to a second deposition and turn over more internal documents is "simply an attempt to harass" the organization, leadership of the group has said in a court filing.
This seems to be yet another flub by lawyers for the KC Area Catholic Church. An argument that Bishop Finn wasn't required to report suspected abuse caused nothing but outrage. This continued effort to go after a victim's rights org doesn't seem to be winning much support or offering much help to the tarnished image of the Diocese.
pot and kettle.
ReplyDeleteWhy is it "harrassment" when asking your accuser questions about his group and motives? Why does SNAP seem to feel it is above the law? The group should be completely transparent.
ReplyDeleteWe like molesting children too! They taste like chicken!!!!
ReplyDeleteSnap wants to be litigious. They are learning that is a two way street.
ReplyDeleteFinn = pond scum
ReplyDeleteFinn's lawyers = more pond scum
SNAP is a "victim's rights" group. REALLY? By what right are they a "victims rights" group?? On their say-so??Are they professional counselors? To whom have"victims" been referred?

ReplyDeleteMore twisted facts from the bugger brigade.
The accuser is the prosecutor who has filed the CRIMINAL charges.
