This is now twice in less than a month where Kyle has been involved in major incidents where he has done everything BUT cooperate with the police. He argued, yelled, cussed, and pushed at detectives in Westport the night that his friend was shot...telling them to "Fuck Off". Now this incident. Whether he was drunk or not, he was involved in an assault and has no intention to cooperate with the investigation or cooperate with the police. My question is this: How can the Mayor and Forte waltz around town telling people to cooperate with the police and help with investigations when Kyle isn't. He is a problem for the mayor, the city, the PD, and others. Something needs to be done immediately regarding his actions and behavior before he becomes another statistic on the KC Stars Homicide profile.
ReplyDelete1137, it is not made up at all. There is a police report from what I understand and the victim ended up not prosecuting because he was scared of further retaliation.
ReplyDelete1131 and 1143 is right. It did happen. We just need someone like Eric Burke or TKC to get the report from the PD and get the details of the incident. It is my understanding that the guy walked out of his hotel room and Kyle immediately hit him in the face with a ceramic lamp. The guy was hurt pretty bad with some facial fractures and several bad lacerations. Kyle fled the scene before the police arrived from what I have heard.
ReplyDeleteKyle has been involved in all sorts of trouble even before his daddy became mayor. From counterfeit money, drugs, being in cars with armed felons, etc. Now his big thing is harassment and advances on women, fighting with other people and the police, and associating with gang members and criminals.
ReplyDeleteYou can be certain that his "courtesy ride" by the PD was ordered by one of the top black commanders who probably went to the scene. They probably ordered the officers to take him home because it seems like given Kyle's history with fighting and disrespecting officers with KCPD that the officers wouldn't voluntarily take him home.

ReplyDeletei live in one of the high crime city "hotspots" . there have been 4 murders within a couple blocks of my house in the last few months...I can tell you, gangs are out, the weather is good, and those folks are rolling deep...and if kyle was around here throwin down gang signs it could get him a bullet in the head and that's no joke...a person just can't play around like that..
I hope Kyle James resist arrest with me before a black commander gets to the scene. I will flat out fuck him up and put him in the hospital. Then we will have a new picture to look at here on TKC.
