In its analysis, Smith says "Senator McCaskill clearly asked viewers to go to her campaign website and contribute money to her campaign" while standing on federal property."

If you watch the video, it was hardly an ethics violation. She was being asked a question and she answered it. Was she even inside the building? I don't know. Either way they should focus more on her other fiascoes.
