I just learned that KICK-ASS Kansas City moviemaker Todd Norris is on the creative team for KICK ME directed by Gary Huggins.
Norris shot the latest promo for the movie.
The Pitch did a nice profile of the work but didn't get much of a response.
Luckily, Todd offers a concise perspective about what this movie really means:

"I am part of the "Kick Me" creative team. If the film gets funded, it will be a very good thing for the Kansas City filmmaking community. There's a real potential for KC to become a vibrant filmmaking community like Austin, TX, with a real identity that's different from Hollywood or New York. "Kick Me" will draw attention to KC and spark interest in what other KC filmmakers have to offer. I mean it. Please consider donating to the "Kick Me" Kickstarter fund or, at the very least, spread the word to as many people as you can."
Since college . . . When it comes to anything related to movie making, I agree with Todd about most things and on this he's probably right.

DEVELOPING . . .
Maybe instead of "KIck ME", they could change the name to "I Wore A Hoodie."
