The Loch Lloyd fire was an inside job for insurance money.
ReplyDeleteThat house has been on the market since February 2011, and it has had three seperate listing agents in that time period.
It most recently changed listings to "Key Partners LLC" on 01/13/2012 for $1,395,000. Previous attempts by Reece and Nichols and Prudential Realty in the past year were unsuccessful.
Home owners intentionally set it on fire. Mark my words.
