Mr. Washington's achievements have been so noteworthy that TKC knows he will soon receive national recognition on The Today Show.

This is important because it shows that Mr. Washington has dedicated his time (free of charge) to fighting crime throughout the area and his network of contacts isn't only in the Black community but throughout the Kansas City area.
As much as anybody in all of the Kansas City area . . . Alonzo Washington is making news, helping KC and putting the fight against crime as his top priority.
