    This problem we are having with crackhead scrappers would be solved if we could legally shoot the assholes. They just stole $3700 worth of air conditioners from me. They are the walking dead anyway.

    I love scrappers when they scrap at the curb. Scrap yard are considered an eyesore and are condemned to just a little part of our city. Recycling centers, which actually do the same thing, are politically correct.
    Scrapyards have been around forever, recycling centers are "modern".
    I think that we can figure out a way to keep the thieves out of the business, but I love recyclers, which include the scrappers who come around every night before the trash trucks.
    If you want what I throw away, no problem.

    This will only work when all the metro cities enact a same, and smartly constructed, ordinance. Right now, all it would force the shitbags to do is drive to another community that turns a blind eye to obvious theft.
